By accessing or using the Apex Protocol website (apexdosing.com) or the Apex Protocol mobile app on iOS or Android (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms form a legal agreement between you ("you," "user") and Apex Protocol ("Apex," "we," "us").
You must be at least 17 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you are at least 17 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.
Many peptides discussed in the Service are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for any human use. These are research chemicals. Information provided about them is for educational and research purposes only.

The Service does not provide, and should never be treated as, medical advice. Content in the encyclopedia, wizard, compare tool, and protocol tracker is a summary of published research and commonly-reported user protocols — not a recommendation tailored to your individual health situation.
Always consult a licensed physician before starting, stopping, or changing any health-related protocol. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 (US) or your local emergency services.
Apex premium subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store (iOS users) or Google Play (Android users). Apple and Google handle all payment processing, receipt management, and refunds.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. To cancel:
Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep premium access until then.
Refund requests must be made through Apple or Google. Apex does not have the ability to process refunds directly. See Apple refund policy or Google refund policy.
If we offer a free trial, you will be charged automatically at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before it ends. Cancel in your Apple or Google subscription settings.
Apex sells medical devices (the Apex injection pen and related accessories — cartridges, needles, bacteriostatic water) through our separate hardware store. Hardware purchases are governed by the hardware store's own terms and are not billed through Apple or Google.
Hardware purchases may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, unopened and unused. Opened items cannot be returned for safety reasons.
You agree not to:
All content in the Service — encyclopedia articles, protocol templates, compare data, wizard flows, graphics, and source code — is the property of Apex Protocol or used under license. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may NOT copy, redistribute, or publicly share Apex content except for short quotations with proper attribution.
If you submit any content to Apex (including protocol logs, notes, testimonials, or feedback), you grant Apex a worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content to operate and improve the Service. You retain ownership of your content.
Apex may moderate or remove user content that violates these Terms.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Apex makes no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Apex makes no warranty that information in the Service is accurate, complete, or current — while we work to maintain accuracy, peptide research evolves and we cannot guarantee the correctness of any specific claim.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APEX AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
APEX'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) $100 OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO APEX IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Apex Protocol, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any law, or (d) your use or misuse of any peptide or substance.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your use at any time by deleting your account in the app or emailing us at support@apexdosing.com. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of subscription fees already paid.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Before filing any formal legal action, you agree to first contact us at support@apexdosing.com and work in good faith to resolve the dispute for at least 30 days.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
